Re: Últimas novedades de Flames of War
Re: Últimas novedades de Flames of War
Re: Últimas novedades de Flames of War
THE GERMANS
Berlin Kampfgruppe – the Flames Of War Company that makes every other list look restrictive by comparison.
Combat Platoons
Hitlerjugend Platoons: Fearless Conscript infantry that can move and shoot with their Panzerfausts. Cheap troops that can burst out of cover and shoot up attacking armour!
Volkssturm Platoons: Build an entire company of Volkssturm, Reluctant Conscript Panzerfaust Rifle teams that do not count towards your on table limit of troops in certain missions.
Panzergrenadier Platoons: Fearless Veteran or Confident Veteran Panzerfaust MG teams.
Fresh Panzergrenadier Platoons: Freshly raised units that are Fearless Trained or Confident Trained.
Fallschirmjager Platoons: Fearless Trained Panzerfaust MG teams.
WeaPons Platoons
Support your infantry with the usual assortment of Machine-gun, Mortar Platoons, Infantry Guns (including Volkssturm specific versions) and AT Guns. Not to forget an assortment of Fortifications including Street Barricades and Panther Turrets.
suPPort Platoons
Bedbug Platoon. The Kleinpanzer Wanze, a small tank-hunter with six (!) Panzerschrecks that has a ROF 3, AT 11, FP 5+ “gun” that suffers no penalties for moving, but needs a turn to reload after destroying whatever it hunts.
Tank-hunter Platoon with the mighty Elefant, Panzer IV/70, Hetzer and the new Waffentrager (8.8cm) that mounts a ROF 2, AT 16, FP 3+ gun on a lightly armoured chassis.
Panzer Platoon with Panzer IV J, Panther G, and Tiger 1 E and Schwere SS-Panzer Platoon with up to 3 Königstiger (Henschel) tanks.
Assault Gun Platoon with StuG G and StuH42.
Panzer Anti-aircraft Gun Platoon with Wirblewind and Ostwind.
Heavy Panzerspah Platoon (everyone wants recon!) with Sd Kfz 234/1 and 234/4 (Pak40) armoured cars.
All the usual AT Guns, Pioneers, Heavy Mortars and Artillery (including the massive 12.8cm AT 17, FP 2+ gun) you would expect to see in a German Company, along with 3 batteries of Luftwaffe 10.5cm (AT 17, FP 2+), 8.8cm, 3.7cm (including a new twin mount version with ROF5) or 2cm guns. You can also upgrade your 10.5cm and 8.8cm guns to have loading crews, increasing their ROF to 2 and 3 respectively.
THE SOVIETS
The Soviets have three different “Hero” lists with Fearless Trained Heavy Tanks, Heavy Assault Guns and Strelkovy. Each of these lists benefit from the Luckier, Smarter and Sharper rules meaning that they pass all Skill Tests on 3+ (like Veterans) and ignore Hen and Chicks. You can also build a Confident Trained Hero Strelkovy to represent the Red Army troops making the final assault on Berlin.
Hero Guards Heavy Tank Regiment with IS-2 obr 1943 (FA 10) and obr 1944 tanks (FA 11) with an AT 15, FP 2+ Breakthrough Gun. Mount Bedspring Armour (gain a 4+ save against enemy FP 5+ and 6 attacks vs your side armour) and Tank Escorts on them to become almost un-killable monsters in assaults!
Hero Heavy Self-propelled Artillery Regiment with ISU-122 (AT 15, FP 2+, Breakthrough Gun) and ISU-152 (AT 13, FP 1+ Bunker Buster) that can also use Bedspring Armour and Tank Escorts, and also benefits from “Volley Fire” letting it re-roll misses at close range. Roll up, shoot, then laugh as the enemy infantry tries to assault you.
Support these two companies with a mix of extra tanks, Flame-tanks, infantry (including the new Hero Shturmovye Assault Groups), artillery, AA and Shturmoviks.
Hero strelkovy Polk
Hero Shturmovye (Assault) Groups contain a flexible mix of troops letting you change your platoons between games to help you get the job done. Take SMG teams, Pioneer teams, Panzerfaust teams, HMG, Mortar and AT Rifle teams, as well as a mix of guns including the massive 203mm obr 1931 (ROF 1, AT 14, FP 1+ in direct fire, and AT 5 in indirect fire) assault howitzer that can kill everyone in a building thanks to the “Building Destroyer” rule! It comes with Volley Fire too!.
Hero Strelkovy Battalions represent the core of the Soviet infantry, with up to 14 teams including an HMG team. Upgrade some to have SMGs and Panzerfausts if you want to hunt tanks!
Support your Hero Strelkovy Polk with the same range of options that the rest of your Hero Companies can field as well as the Red Banner Colour Party.
Red Banner Colour Party. Upgrade a platoon (Soviet company) Command team to be a Red Banner Colour Party so that you count as an Always Attacks company, always count as having Quantity of Quality (so never worry about this company dropping down under 10 teams), gain Missions Tactics and potentially keep the game going even if your opponent is about to win for taking an Objective thanks to “The World Is Watching”.

- The waffentrager has 1/0/0 armour AA mg awkward layout. 105 points each plus 15 points for escorts. you can have in units of 1/2/3 the big difference to a hornisse is you can have tank escorts.
- The bedbug rocket launcher is cool, it's RoF 3 AT 11 FP 5+. Moves as HT. Shoots at FULL RoF when it moves! 65 points for 3.
