Vaya mes de octubre mas americano! Nuts, lo que entiendo que seran blisters de paracas, morteros e ingenieros y "Winter jeeps". Y para rematar a final de mes, el nuevo Open Fire. Bien!
Ah!

Guns yes, the frames are in the winter Pak40 box and a new Pak40 box both out later this year.

Infantry yes but not those exact frames but Grenadiers and US para's frames that give you all the options for the complete range are first out. The infantry are laid up in little blocks of six to eight men and assembled into a frame like Lego. The Grenadier frame will use all the inserts we have made plus some new ones to fill out all the options so that the complete frame gives you as many LW combos as we could fit on. Grenadiers, Panzergrenadiers, Pioneers and specialist units like Assault Rifles. The US para one has more new inserts as the single platoon in the game is only a third of a frame. Both will look exactly like the Open Fire figures as we are very happy with the look and feel, how they fit into the range and just how much more detail you get. Eighteen months in the making but worth the time to get it right. We will have the Paras out first, towards the end of the year if we stay on track and then the Grenadiers in the new year with more to follow.

Tanks no. We designed the tanks in the game for the starter set only and our plan for them to be sold separately is more of a complete solution, think Panther tracks, parts and hull parts making a complete model, but the look and easy assembly will be kept, so one piece tracks and the model being simple to put together is a must as we don't want to make 40-50 part kitsets that are too delicate and wont stand up to the rigours of tabletop warfare.

Rocket yes. We have a few additional parts/models that add to the rocket frame that create a more complete scene which will be coming out at a later date. Don't know exactly when as James is still working on the bits.

Bases yes. All new boxes and blisters from last month onwards will have the new "holed" brown bases and they will be available separately soon. We have made them for the entire range, small for command and observer, medium with four and five holes and artillery with six, so expect to see gun packs being updated with bases and some decorative plugs as well as packs of themed plugs to add to infantry packs for different battle zones. These wont be as expansive as the "rubble bases" project but give you scope to fill the extra hole with something fun in a much more versatile way than whole resin bases where the detail is fixed in place. Open Fire has the first look at this as the two guns have four little plugs with them with spent ammo and cases to decorate the base with so that no two pairs will look the same.

La noticia de las bases también es un puntazo, ya texturizadas y con los agujeros hechos.

Un saludo
