Hola
Has any work been done towards using the Guardia Civil in Spain in Flames? I have enough Peter Pig Civil Guard Figures to make up a small platoon and I would like to use them.
If I recall correctly they were an option in some of the lists when version one was published.
Muchas gracias

Re: Civil Guard
Gracias
I looked up the Giuardia Civil rules in the old rules, they were much like Nationalist regulars (six bases of four models plus a command base of three models all equipped with rifles) and I think for the time being they will count as regulars in my nationalist army. Many of the models have SMGs, does this reflect their historical armament?

Re: Civil Guard
Some of the officers may use SMG, but the usual weaponry is the Mauser rifle or any bolt action rifle from that time (7mm or similar).

Re: Civil Guard
Gracias. I think they will count as regulars in my games. Many of the Nationalist lists have Seccion de Fusiles as a Support Platoon. I think they will be perfect.
Maybe they can defend my Peter Pig nuns in a scenario.

Good picture.
I have found a Civil Guard entry in the Caballeria Blindada list but they have no unit entry or points cost.

Re: Civil Guard
Hello George:
Historically is possible a CG unit wit a LMG (Hotchkiss M1914/22) or even a HMG (Hotchkiss M1909/14).
Greetings.
