The articles are long gone.
In short...
Sometime tentatively in 2007 (or maybe 2008)... an Early-War Compilation book (sorta like FE), to provide the basic lists for EW play).
Some tentively in the next year or two... Another "era" for the FoW game system... examples include Samurai's, Pirates, Wild West, etc. NOTHING definite has been said what this era might be. BF is very much "lips are sealed" on this.
Late-War FoW will remain the focus for the next 4-5 years, tentively broken down as follows (subject to change in the future of course)...
Each year will have a Campaign book (with special rules for the campaign, scenarios, history and other fluff) followed by 4 Army books (covering forces that fought in that campaign or time frame). The Army books will be released over the year (probably 1 every 3-4 months).
2007... Normandy (D-Day and the Normandy Breakout)
2008... Operation Bagration (the 1944 Russian Offensive)
2009... Market-Garden
2010... Battle of the Bulge/Winter operations
2011... Berlin/1945 Offensives/Rhine Crossing/etc.
There are also rumors that a Pacific theater book might be done sometime in the next couple years to provide players with some lists for that. But nothing definite.
So to answer your 12 month question... Late-War Normandy is the primary focus at present.
